THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP CROKINOLE TOURNAMENT

Whether you're just getting started or you're a seasoned pro, TantrumCon 2026 is the place to play crokinole this coming February!

Events will include learn-to-play, hours of open play tables, singles and doubles tournaments, and more! Come learn from some of the best players in the Carolinas, and then test your skill in the 4th annual North Carolina State Championship tournaments!

Both the singles and doubles tournaments will be included in the Southeast Crokinole Circuit season AND the National Crokinole Association Tour as a Tier 3 tournament. While there is no additional cost to enter the tournaments, please register in advance by filling out the form below so we can prepare in advance for the number of participants in this year's tournaments. Events will be available in Aftergame app for people to manage their convention schedules as well.

Crokinole Zone Open Play

  • Thu, Feb 5 | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Fri, Feb 6 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Fri, Feb 6 | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Singles Tournament

  • Qualifying Rounds - Fri, Feb 6 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Elimination Phase - Fri, Feb 6 | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Doubles Tournament

  • Qualifying Rounds - Sat, Feb 7 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Elimination Phase - Sat, Feb 7 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Doubles Finals

  • Sat, Feb 7 | 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Both tournaments will feature preliminary rounds followed by an elimination bracket. If players wish to participate in the preliminary rounds but will not be able to stay for the bracket, they will have the opportunity to drop out. But please plan on staying for the whole preliminary round. Players who arrive late run the risk of the tournament starting without them.
