When and where is TantrumCon 2026?

TantrumCon 2026 will take place on February 6–8, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa in Concord, North Carolina.

How do I register for TantrumCon?

You can get your badge online and register on this website under BADGES. Choose your badge type, enter your details, and complete your payment.

What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email after registering?

If you don’t receive a confirmation email shortly after registering, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, you can reach out to us through our Contact Form below, and our team will be happy to assist you.

What badge types are available and how much do they cost?

Premier Badge (2026) – $125

General Attendee Badge (2026) – $85

Family Badge (2026) – $250 (includes up to 4 family members)

Tantrum Kid Badge 2026 - $40

Can I register multiple attendees under one email?

Each attendee must use a unique email address to register. If you are registering for family members or purchasing badges for your friends you can use email aliases like [email protected], [email protected] and so on.

What does the Family Badge include?

The Family Badge covers entry for up to 5 family members and will get you access to everything that TantrumCon has to offer. If you need more than 5 badges for your family you can purchase individual additional kids badges here.

Will I receive a confirmation email after registering?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation with your badge number and registration details. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

What does parking cost at the hotel?

If you are staying at the adjoining hotel parking is $__ per day (with in-and-out privileges). If you are not staying at the adjoining hotel it is $__ each time you enter/exit.

When will the schedule be released?

We work year-round planning and filling the TantrumCon Event Schedule with all kinds of awesome experiences! We try to have it ready by the end of the calendar year. And we will send out announcements in advance to let Premier Badge holders know what date they will be able to begin registering for events, followed shortly thereafter by General Attendee Badge holders.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?

Yes, the convention space is housed between two connecting hotels. We've partnered with them to offer you special rates. Visit our Hotels Page to see available blocks and booking links.

How can I become an Exhibitor or Sponsor?

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

We do not offer badge refunds. Please view our Refund Policy for details.

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?

Yes, badge transfers are allowed. Please view our Refund Policy for full details. If you need assistance finding someone to transfer your badge to we recommend first trying our community Facebook group. Please contact [email protected] when you are ready to make the transfer.

What do I need to bring for badge pickup?

A valid ID is all that's necessary for check-in. If we are not able to find your registration you may be asked to show the confirmation email you received (printed or digital) to confirm your badge number.

Can I volunteer at TantrumCon?

Yes! We’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers! Visit our Volunteer Page for more info, to learn about all of our perks, and to sign up.

What activities/experiences can I expect at TantrumCon?

Expect happiness, joy, and the feeling of family! :) For realz! Also, you can look forward to big open gaming spaces, play-to-win games, TournaMeals, special guests, live shows, trivia, exhibitor halls, family activities, and much much more. Check out a summary of the events here.

Do I need to sign up for games or tournaments in advance?

TantrumCon will feature a full schedule of official special events, Learn-to-Plays, TournaMeals, mini-painting classes, and more that DO require pre-registration. Dates and details on how to sign-up will be available closer to the event on our Events Page.

TantrumCon will also feature a huge library of games, a Play-to-Win, shows that happen in open spaces, a Hot Games room, a puzzle space, and lots more that do not require you to register in advance.

What is the Play-to-Win library?

The Play-to-Win library is a huge collection of new games (mostly donated by our exhibitors and sponsors). To check out a game attendees can scan the game and their badge (and the badges of everyone playing), play the game, and then check it back in when they are finished. Each time they play a game they will be entered for a chance to win it. At the end of TantrumCon all of the games will be given away to players who participated.

Will there be opportunities to meet designers and publishers?

Yes! TantrumCon features special guests, designers, and publishers throughout the weekend. Don’t miss our exhibit hall, panels, demos, and playtesting spaces.

Is TantrumCon suitable for families and kids?

Definitely! TantrumCon is a super family friendly event (all of our kids will be there!). Our Family Badge offers admission for up to 5 family members. We have a dedicated Family Gaming space with kid-friendly games and programming. The hotel also has a pool and arcade ;)

Can I buy a badge at the event?

Yes, you can buy a badge on-site at TantrumCon, but availability is limited. We recommend registering online in advance to guarantee your spot and speed up your check-in.
